Supplier Executive/Champion Key Roles in Establishing
Framework (Cont’d)
Document roles and responsibilities of all Six Sigma personnel and other key persons that will sustain Integration Project (see table below for guidance on % effort)
Formally accept Definitive Agreement to demonstrate commitment to Six Sigma integration and non-disclosure of all training methods and material received from Seagate
Major Deliverable / Goal #3
Suppliers to complete the entire Modular Training (and additional Black Belt training if deem necessary), so as to acquire all relevant skills for Integration per Proliferation Matrices by Jul 2003.
This is to broaden/deepen the understanding and use of Six Sigma methodology throughout the supplier’s entire organization.
