質量管理體係成本整合(doc 18)

摘要：本文從企業係統的角度，以提升企業經營業績為指導，從優先教育決策層、采用零缺陷管理、推行“5S”活動、質量成本管理、與ISO14000環境管理體係及OHSAS18000職業健康安全與衛生管理體係的整合五個方麵，探討了如何建立、實施與改善ISO9000質量管理體係。

Abstract：From the view of corporation system，guided by the
principle to improve performance of corporation，this paper
discusses how to build ISO9000 quality management system from
5 sides：top management training，Zero Defect management, 5S
activities，quality cost control，and integration with ISO14000
environment management system and OHSAS18000 system.
