論供應鏈管理的創新
摘要：本文在簡述供應鏈管理發展狀況的基礎上，從信息技術、製造技術和運輸技術等方麵分析了供應鏈管理創新的技術動因和確保供應鏈創新成功的關鍵因素，進而從供應鏈管理創新的思路、途徑和人員準備等方麵探討了如何實施供應鏈管理創新。

Study on Supply Chain Management Innovation
Abstract: This paper describes the recent progress of supply chain management, analyzes the technical enablers of supply chain management innovation from sides of information technology, manufacturing technology and transport technology. The key success factors to assure supply chain management innovation are also discussed. At last, this paper studies how to promote supply chain management innovation by exploring the direction, path and human preparation.

供應鏈（Supply Chain），有時被稱為價值鏈或需求鏈（Demand Chain），包括顧客、供應商、過程、產品以及對向最終顧客交付產品和服務有影響的各種資源。供應鏈強調的是公司之間的過程與關係。供應鏈管理（Supply Chain Management）就是指從原材料采購到成品分銷給顧客的整個過程中對產品和服務的管理，它強調是協調公司間、甚至大的集團公司之間的活動以求產生雙贏效果。
