【摘要】 目的 了解醫護人員手消毒前後手部帶菌情況以及需采取的相應對策。方法 對醫護人員消毒前後的手表麵進行衛生學檢測和菌量培養。結果 醫護人員手消毒前菌落數顯著高於消毒後（P＜0.001）。結論 醫護人員手部衛生意識薄弱，製定並落實相應措施，可改善手部衛生狀況。

Condition analysis of medical personnel’s hand disinfection and the countermeasures


【Abstract】 Objective To explore the condition of the germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection and after disinfection and its countermeasures.Methods Hygiene detection and bacteria culture of the medical personnel’s hands before disinfection and after disinfection were performed.Results The amount of germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection were higher than that after disinfection.Conclusion The study shows that medical personnel pay insufficient attention to hand hygiene，but we believe the condition of hand hygiene would become good if we take countermeasures.

醫療機構中醫務人員手上攜帶的細菌成為醫院內感染的主要致病源，而手的清洗和消毒是防止醫院內感染最重要的措施之一［1］。近年來，隨著人們對醫院內感染問題的重視，手消毒的重要性再次被人們所認識，醫護人員在臨床診斷及護理操作中，手部皮膚的清潔與否直接關係到醫院的感染率。據報道，婦產科護士抱嬰兒前未洗手的感染率為2.56%，洗手後降為1.24%。因此，對我院2004年11月～2005年10月期間120名醫護人員手消毒前後的細菌量及致病菌種進行了統計和觀察，現報告如下。
