煤產品購銷合同內容提要：

Cargo貨物 A shipment of coal in 70,000MT，+/-10% as per seller’s option；
指每船次裝運70,000MT的煤，允許賣方溢短裝+/-10%；

CIF Defined as per INCOTERMS 2000 with latest amendments
遵循（最新修正的）INCOTERMS 2000相關的定義；
Loading Port裝運港 Richards Bay Port of South African where the vessel anchoring at, or such other ports written approval by both parties.
指船隻停泊的南非裏查茲貝港口，或經雙方書麵同意的其它港口；
Discharging Port卸貨港 Any main port in the People’s Republic of China, designated by the Buyer(The port shall be anchored 70,000MT﹢/-10% vessel);
